Our fleet of Dornier 228 aircraft are all equipped to operate under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) conditions with digital weather radar, Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS), Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS II) version 7.1, dual Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR), Cockpit Voice recorder (CVR), Satellite Tracking and Satcom.

Dornier 228
The Dornier 228 is a highly versatile aircraft, well suited to the local operating environment. With a range of up to 1,500 miles at 230 mph provides excellent payload-range flexibility. This aircraft has the highest speed in its class which together with it’s STOL capability make it the aircraft of choice for long range ‘bush’ operations into unpaved airstrips.
A new generation low-drag wing uniquely combines high speed cruise with low takeoff and landing speeds. A practical box-section fuselage means all available cabin space can be used, translating into better value for money for our clients. Seat removal and installation is straightforward allowing for a quick change between passenger, cargo or combined cabin configuration. The large rear cargo door, situated close to the ground, permits easy loading and unloading of bulky freight.
